We offer 100% satisfaction. If the order is not correct, let us know within 24 hours of receipt. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, simply email us for a return authorization and then return the item within 7 days after receipt. Shipping & handling charges are not refunded and all returns must be received in original condition
